SHIPPING:
Shipping is calculated at point of order, according to current economical Australia Post rates.
Excess postage charges are refunded.
Shipping times are an estimate only, taken from the Australia Post website. Any delays are beyond our control, due to the current global situation.
Please allow up to three business days for items to be shipped.
Commission items may take longer, you will be advised of this when order is placed.

'COLLECT ORDER'
If you are able to travel to Morwell, East Gippsland, Victoria, you can arrange to collect in person Saturdays and Sundays only. Day/time/location details will be arranged via email. There is no charge for this service.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are requiring your order in a short time frame, express post is your best choice as these two options are limited in terms of times/days/locations. However if you can get to Morwell and you are happy to wait a little, you can save on postage!
The conditions of these services may change in the future to best accommodate demand.

RETURNS:
If goods are faulty or not fit for purpose, they can be returned to be fixed, replaced or exchanged. If this is not possible a refund will be issued. Notification of any issues is to be made within 30 days.
Exchanges due to change of mind are at the discretion of The Midnight Garden.
The business will abide by Australian Consumer law and provide customers with a repair, refund or replacement if the product is faulty, damaged or where false and misleading claims have been made. In addition, the business has its own refund policy as detailed below.
